 في خلوتي أتنفس من الأعماق رحيق........ ذكراك

وروحي تغادرني كي ما تسبح في ملكوت. هواك

حتى الجدران يسكنها طيفك... وأعجز عن سلواك

وكأن الكون قد خلا لم يبقى فيه إلا أنا ......واياك

فقل لي بربك كيف من كان حاله حالي يقوي على هجراك

In my loneliness I breathe the nectar from the depths of your memories

      And my soul left me swimming in a kingdom... your love

      Even the walls are in your shadow and I can't forget you

      As if the universe was empty, there is no one but you and you alone

      Tell me, for God's sake, how someone in my situation could leave you
